- Pre-termination is permitted subject to pre-termination fees according to the following formula:
    Pre-termination fee = Monthly Service Fee x Remaining Months

- Downgrades may be allowed subject to pre-termination fees according to the following formula:
    Pre-termination fee = Monthly Service Fee x Remaining Months
    Please note that the new plan will be in effect after settlement of the pre-termination fee.

- Plan upgrades are allowed subject to the adjustment in fees for the upgraded service.

- Yes, but you will need to coordinate with our customer service as this will need to be scheduled with our field support and we need to confirm serviceability if you are relocating to a new location.

- To change SSID and Password, our customer service agents can provide the instructions and walk you through the entire process.

- You may contact customer service who can update your information after verifying your identity.
